1 x Rhubarb & Cream Choux Bun - a crisp choux bun filled with Rhubarb compote & cream cheese whipped ganache
1 x Tonka Custard Tart - tonka bean infused custard baked in a buttery sweet pastry shell.
1 x Tiramisu Slice - layers of coffee soaked genoise sponge, chocolate ganache & mascarpone whipped ganache
1 x Mini Carrot Bundt Cake - a moist carrot cake topped with cream and zesty orange curd
