Stacc is the trading name for Bronwen Dabner, currently trading as a sole trader.

We endeavour to provide you with high quality bakery goods that we are proud to serve. If you are unhappy with the products you receive please let us know immediately and we will work to resolve any issues and replace any items that are not up to standards.
Please be aware that a lot of our products are made fresh with fresh ingredients, so do not have a long shelf life and should be consumed within a few days of purchase. Bakery goods are always at their best on the day of purchase/collection.
we have a range of wholesale options that suit a variety of needs. whether your looking to stock the best brownies in Devon or you want to offer a welcome package in your holiday lodges. we have options that will suit you.
we are always open minded and exited about new ideas or packages. If your looking for something more bespoke we would be happy to discuss your needs.

/ DELIVERY AND COLLECTION POLICY

Collections
Collection dates must be confirmed by Stacc before they are guaranteed. collection is available currently during open hours which are:
Wednesday 10am - 7pm
Thursday 10am - 10pm
Friday 10am - 10pm
Saturday 10am - 10pm
Sunday 10am - 8pm
If a date is selected outside of our open days the order will be cancelled. a minimum of 3 days notice is required for any products to be collected.
If for any reason you find yourself unable to collect your order within the given time slot, we will retain your ordered Products for collection by you for 24 hours.
Deliveries
Any items ordered for delivery will be sent out in the post within two working days, unless requested or stated on the product that it is made to order, of the order being created if ordered Wednesday to Saturday. any orders made Monday or Tuesday will not start to be processed until Wednesday.
Some items may not be suitable for delivering. Stacc reserves the right to cancel an order if it is not deliverable. we will always inform you if there are any issues and try to resolve the situation before cancelling.
